MOSCOW, 6 February. In the privatization of “Helicopters of Russia (holding company included in the perimeter of “Rostec”) may participate foreign investors and Russian companies and individuals. About this told reporters on the sidelines of the party Congress “United Russia”, the head of Rosteh Sergey Chemezov.
“Of course (the strategic investor of the priority for “Russian Helicopters”), we with a number of foreign partners are negotiating “Helicopters of Russia”. Maybe in the region of 25% to a strategic partner we can sell. Part – to individuals, to our Russian investors,” he said.
According to Mr Chemezov, rostec does not plan to conduct an IPO on foreign stock exchanges of the privatized asset – holding companies “Helicopters of Russia”, shvabe and KRET.
“We do not plan to withdraw (assets) IPO on foreign stock exchanges because the price is not quite suits us”, – he said.
Chemezov said that “rostec” plans to privatize in addition to the “Russian Helicopters” holdings still KRET and Schwabe.
“Not only (“Helicopters”). Another KRET and Schwabe (plan to privatize)”, – he said.
Chemezov noted that “rosteh” will not have time to privatize KRET and Schwabe in the current year. “Helicopters of Russia” also can not make it (to privatize) this year”, – said the head of state Corporation.
Chemezov said rostec has just begun the valuation of all assets included in these holdings.
“But first the approximate cost is, you need to understand how much it costs in order to determine the value of all holdings, and what package will sell,” he said.
