The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has published in his Instagram a photo where the singer Nikolay Baskov stands near large cake, and his face smeared with cream. Baskov stands near the head of the Chechen Republic and a few others, and they still laugh.

New post Kadyrov was published the next day after it became known about the attack on the Chairman of the party PARNAS Mikhail Kasyanov. As told by the politician himself, in one of the restaurants in the centre of Moscow two persons of “non-Slavic appearance” had thrown the cake and screamed “you are the enemy” and “we’ll take them”.
In conversation with the correspondent Kasyanov added that attributes the attack to his political activities. “I think today’s attack is in direct connection with the fact that Kadyrov posted a threat to me and I filed a complaint to the investigative Committee and the FSB,” — said Kasyanov.
On Wednesday police began to investigate the attack on Kasyanov, later “MK” without reference to the source of information reported that about La Bottega Siciliana, where the crime was committed, detained three policemen from Chechnya. Kasyanov himself are not identified in none of the detainees who attacked him, said “MK”.
The Kremlin has asked not to link the attack to Kasyanov with the Chechen leadership. As stated by press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, “it’s about hooligan antics, which, of course, is subject to condemnation.”
The attack on Kasyanov happened a little over a week after Kadyrov posted on his Instagram video, which Kasyanov and coordinator of the “Open Russia” Vladimir Kara-Murza Jr. were depicted with a visual effect “under the gun”. “Kasyanov arrived in Strasbourg for the money to Russian opposition. Whoever does not understand, he will understand!”, stated in the caption to the video. Soon the post of the head of Chechnya was removed from Instagram for violating the social network.
Kasyanov himself regarded video Kadyrov as a direct threat of murder. Later, the President of the PARNASSUS addressed in FSB with the request to initiate proceedings against the head of Chechnya on three items: an encroachment on life of the statesman, calls for extremist activities and organization of an extremist organization.
