MOSCOW, 11 February. The head of the Kremlin administration Sergei Ivanov believes that the location of kiosks and other buildings demolished during the last days in Moscow, nothing should be built, including Parking. As he said in an interview with reporters, these territories should be returned to its historical appearance.
“While the new squares and open spaces of Moscow only beautify,” said Ivanov.

Sergey Ivanov supported the decision of the Moscow authorities about the demolition of kiosks and other outlets hindering traffic and free passage of citizens, including to the metro stations. He noted that many owners of these structures received in the past, only a temporary permit for their construction. Also, in his opinion, it is necessary to take into account that many structures are located on a major transport and energy communications.
“These them? have nothing to do with the so-called small businesses, as a rule, are hotbeds of crime and unsanitary conditions. Any business whether small or large – must first be civilized, – said the head of the Kremlin administration. – Let’s also not forget about such concepts as architecture and aesthetics”.
As told journalists the head of the metro Dmitry Pegov, debris remaining after demolition of buildings, fully evacuated from the territory when the time comes for warm weather. “At the moment, as said already the mayor, will be removed all debris after demolition and the area will be landscaped. Now the weather conditions are severe in warm weather it to be the end,” he said.
The dismantling of unauthorized construction
Large-scale demolition of the retail pavilions that the city authorities have recognized the squatter, began in Moscow on the night of 9 February. Then was initiated the dismantling of the 97 objects. According to recent reports, the demolition of 85% of the buildings have already been completed, with half the sites removed all debris. All are to be demolished 104. The government plans to complete the dismantling by the beginning of March.

As stated earlier, first Deputy head state inspection for control over use of objects of real estate of Moscow Timur Zeldich, these objects are recognized as illegally constructed on several grounds: “land plots for capital construction of the city did not allocate the permission for the construction of capital facilities and the acts of commissioning of objects of capital construction, were not issued”.
For their part, the owners of the demolished objects sure of the illegality of the demolition. Entrepreneurs claim that had the ownership of commercial properties and all the permits.
