MUNICH, 12 February. The Russian foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov expressed at a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg concern about the strengthening of the Alliance on Russia’s borders. This was stated to journalists by Deputy foreign Minister Alexei Meshkov.

Earlier on the sidelines of the Munich security conference Lavrov and Stoltenberg held a bilateral meeting during which they discussed the current state and prospects of relations between Russia and NATO. The NATO Secretary General also noted that a positive attitude before the meeting with the Russian foreign Minister.
