MUNICH, February 13. In some areas the amount of interaction with Euro-Atlantic structures, Russia loses in comparison with the period of the cold war. This was stated by Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, speaking at the Munich security conference.

“I think it is clear that the extraordinary complexity of intertwined crises, the expansion of the conflict space requires coordinated cooperation, – said the Minister. – However, collective efforts are being erected artificial constraints – such as the refusal of NATO and the EU on full-fledged cooperation with Russia, forming the image of the enemy, the deployment of weapons in order to perpetuate those dividing lines in Europe, which the West solemnly promised to dismantle.
