GORKI, February 15. Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev described as “disgraceful” the actions of the actions of Ukraine, blocking the movement of Russian heavy-load cars. According to the head of the Cabinet, the authorities in Kiev “not able to restore order.”

Starting the meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers, the Chairman of Russian government said that “some crazy trying to stop our heavy cars” on the territory of Ukraine. “We understand that for everything that happens in Ukraine, meet Ukrainian state, which is, unfortunately, not able to restore order”, – said Medvedev.
In his view, “the fact that some guys there to stop trucks using a firearm, means that the authorities in Ukraine, or in other words, are these extremist groups”.
The Prime Minister added that these extremist groups “or subjugated by the state or the state they did not react”. “This is an outrage, this violation of all international rules of carriage, it is necessary to adequately respond,” said Medvedev.
Medvedev did not exclude the ban on the movement in Russia of all modes of transport from the territory of Ukraine.
“The response actions that have been taken to encourage the Ukrainian side to this situation (the delay of the Russian FSD) to understand additional Supervisory powers needed to use at the moment in relation to all modes of transport, which moves from the territory of Ukraine”, – said the head of the Cabinet at a meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers.
The Prime Minister instructed “to continue negotiations through the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of transport of the Russian Embassy”. Medvedev also demanded that Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich also be incorporated into the process if necessary.
After the meeting with the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation began, I received a formal message from Kiev that Ukraine will temporarily stop transit trucks registered in Russia. This decision was adopted after Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has accused Russia of allegedly violating the WTO rules.

As of 9:00 Moscow time on the territory of the Russian Federation were detained 152 truck belonging to Ukrainian carriers, said the Federal Agency for transport supervision.
On Monday, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reported that the government had taken the decision to suspend the movement of Russian heavy vehicles throughout the country.
“Ukraine will temporarily suspend transit of cargo vehicles registered in Russia, on the territory of Ukraine. A relevant Protocol decision was adopted at the government meeting on the morning of Monday, February 15”, – stated in the message.
