MOSCOW, February 15. The Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation has developed the bill on creation of private security in the Investigative Committee, the Prosecutor’s office and judicial Department of the Supreme court. The document is available on the portal of draft regulations for public comment, which runs until 13 March.
“The bill in order to enable the realization of the right of creation of departmental protection of the Federal state authorities, which are Federal Executive authorities, changes in Federal laws governing their activities”, – stated in the explanatory note to the bill.
13 July 2015, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on reducing the total number of bodies of internal Affairs by 10%, to 1 million 3 thousand 172 persons.
