MOSCOW, February 19. Cargo autosabina between Russia and Ukraine can be fully restored tomorrow, February 20. This was reported to journalists the Deputy Minister of transport of Russia Nikolay Asaul.

“We have a fully restored transit from Europe and from the territory of Ukraine. Remained unresolved question of entry of new flights to the territory of Ukraine, respectively, we restrict entry to the territory of Russia for the Ukrainian carriers. Tomorrow we hope that this restriction will be removed”, he said.
The Deputy Minister also reported that road freight transport connections on the border of Russia and Ukraine fully restored.
“On the territory of Ukraine is fully restored the movement of Russian transport, all cars unlocked, open borders for passage of Russian trucks from Europe to Ukraine and on to Russia. Therefore, we see no problems with the return of the Russian transport from Europe and from Ukraine”,- said Asaul.
According to assaul, Russia appealed to Ukraine with a proposal to recover the cargo autosabina and expects to resolve the issue soon.
As Ukraine has blocked the passage to the Russian trucks
February 11, the Ukrainian radicals in the Transcarpathian region announced an indefinite protest by blocking the transit of Russian trucks.

Later they were joined by radical activists in nine provinces: Volyn, Rivne, Lviv, Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Sumy and Chernivtsi. Participants require an official ban on the movement of Russian trucks through territory of Ukraine.
In response to these acts of Ukraine on February 14, Russia suspended the movement of trucks on Ukrainian territory of the Russian Federation.
On 15 February, the Ukrainian government officially announced the suspension of transit cargo vehicles registered in Russia.
Moscow’s Response
Russia in response to these measures from 16 February has suspended the transit via its territory commercial vehicles registered in Ukraine, reported the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation.
“Due to the continued blocking of the movement of Russian trucks through territory of Ukraine from 12:00 GMT on 16 February 2016 on the territory of the Russian Federation suspended the movement of the Ukrainian commercial vehicles, transit cargo”, – stated in the message.
