NEW YORK, February 20. /Corr. Ivan Sawyers/. Oral argument on the case of Russian pilot Konstantin Yaroshenko, who is serving a U.S. prison sentence, will begin in new York on April 12 this year. About it on Friday has informed the lawyer of the Russian citizen Alexei Tarasov.
“The oral arguments in the case Yaroshenko will be held in new York from April 12,” said the defender. He added that “debate is the last process in the court of appeal”. Some time after them, the judges adopt a decision on the case. “It can announce in a month or so,” explained the lawyer.
