Ukrainian activists began to block the movement of Russian trucks in early February. In response, Russia suspended the Ukrainian transit trucks through its territory.
On 25 February, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that Kiev and Moscow have decided to cancel the ban on transit trucks. However, activists of the Ukrainian party “Svoboda”, as well as the organization “Carpathian Sich” declared renewal of blocking Russian trucks.
