MOSCOW, February 29. The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry discussed by telephone the implementation of agreements on ceasefire in Syria. This was reported on Sunday in the Russian depodesta on the results of the talks held on the initiative of the Russian side.
