MOSCOW, February 29. The dollar against the ruble on the Moscow stock exchange at the opening of trading on Monday declined compared to closing level of previous trading day by 33 kopecks and totaled 75.87 ruble.
The MICEX index at the opening of trading fell by 0.5% to 1808,16 item.
