MOSCOW, March 2. Oil production in the Russian Federation in February 2016 rose 5.3% compared to the same period in 2015 and $ 43,064 million tons, follows from the materials of the Central dispatching control (CDC) of the FEC.

Bashneft in February remained the leader in growth of oil production in Russia. Production of the company amounted to 1,643 million tonnes, 11.4% more than in the same period of 2015.
The growth of production in February also showed “Gazprom oil” – on 7,8%, to 4.43 million tons, “Surgutneftegaz” – on 3%, to 4,867 million tonnes, Tatneft – by 8.4%, to 2,213 million tons.
Has been able to increase production, Rosneft and LUKOIL, which last month cut production. “Rosneft” has increased the rate by 2.9% to 15,828 million tons, LUKOIL – by 0.1% to 6,673 million tons.
Coal production in Russia in February increased by 5.2 per cent
Materials from CDU TEK, it also follows that the production of coal in Russia in February of 2016 increased by 5.2%, to 31 million tonnes, while exports increased by 5.7% to 11.8 million tonnes.
Supply of coal to neighboring countries increased in the reporting period by 50%, to 1.1 million tons, to the countries of far abroad – increased by 2.5% to 10.7 million tonnes.
Deliveries of Russian coal to the domestic market during the reporting period increased by 4.2% to 15.4 million tonnes compared to the same period in 2015, including coking – by 0.7%, to 2.7 million tons.
The largest coal mining companies during the reporting period were as follows: OAO “SUEK” – 9,35 million tons of coal (+13,3% as of February 2015), JSC UK “Kuzbassrazrezugol” (part of UMMC) – 3.4 million tonnes (+5.4 per cent), OAO HC “SDS-Coal” – 2,3 million tons (+18.2 per cent), “Company “Vostsibugol” – 1.1 million tons (-1,1%), OJSC MC “southern Kuzbass” (included in “Mechel”) – 657 thousand tons (-15,8%), OAO OUK “JUzhkuzbassugol” (part of Evraz) to 935 thousand tons (+0,6%), JSC “holding company Yakutugol (part of Mechel) – 833 tonnes (+36,3%), JSC “Raspadskaya” (82% owned by Evraz) – 733,8 thousand tons (-28,5%).
