The Bank is required to repay the debt under the contract on revolving credit to the carrier in the amount of more than 2.4 billion rubles.
MOSCOW, 2 Mar. The Moscow arbitration court has suspended manufacture under the claim of Bank “Financial Corporation OTKRITIE”, which is in the top 10 in Russia about collecting from airline “Transaero”, which started bankruptcy procedure, more than 2.4 billion rubles, the correspondent from a court hall.
The plaintiff filed a motion for suspension of proceedings in connection with the intention of claim in the bankruptcy of the airline. The court granted the application, putting the matter to a recognition of Transaero bankrupt or until the termination of the bankruptcy case.
The Bank in this lawsuit demanded to extinguish debts under the agreement on revolving credit of may 23, 2012. This is the second claim is “Open” to “Transaero”. First capital arbitrage in February recovered from the carrier in favor of credit institutions of about 1.4 billion under the credit agreement dated 21 March 2011.
At the previous meeting, the court at the request of the Respondent were involved in business of interim management “Transaero” by Mikhail Kotov.
Second in passenger traffic of Russian airline Transaero airlines could not service the debt, constituting together with the leasing obligations of about 250 billion rubles. Arbitration court of St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region on December 16 at the request of the savings Bank introduced in “Transaero” on half a year procedure of bankruptcy — supervision. Air operator certificate “Transaero” was withdrawn by the Federal air transport Agency from October 26.
