The placement agreement in the region of orders for the production of oil drilling equipment was signed by the Governor of Sverdlovsk region Kuyvashev and the head of “Rosneft” Mr Sechin.
MOSCOW, 6 Mar. “Rosneft” will place in the Sverdlovsk region orders for the production of oil-production equipment, reported in Department of information policy of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region.
The Department said that on Sunday the Governor of Sverdlovsk region Yevgeny Kuyvashev and the head of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin signed in Yekaterinburg, the agreement on cooperation between the region and the company.
“The terms of the agreement provide for the placement in the region of orders for the production of oil equipment and the participation of enterprises of the Middle Urals in programs of import substitution. Also JSC “NK “Rosneft” will participate in the implementation of social development programs on the territory of Sverdlovsk region”, — stated in the message.
In a press-service of the company, in turn, added that the agreement was signed for a period of five years. It is aimed at the implementation of projects in financial, investment and social spheres, and also in industry and fuel-energy complex of the region.
It is noted that the key focus of the agreement will be upgrading gas facilities Sverdlovsk region for further integrated development of the gas supply system and the organization of a stable supply of natural gas to the residents of the region. In particular, it is planned the construction of a gas boiler, and gas distribution pipelines. Also the document envisages the cooperation in the field of localization of equipment production, including for work on the shelf.
Earlier it was reported that “Uralmash NGO holding” at the end of December 2015, made the first drill rig for the needs of “Rosneft”. “Uralmash NGO holding” and “RN-Drilling” (service subsidiary company of Rosneft) signed a contract for production of 15 modern drilling rigs BU 5000/320 EK-bmch, equipped with domestic SVP 320 ACR. These rigs are designed for cluster drilling of oil and gas wells with depth up to 5 thousands meters.
