MOSCOW, March 9. The Bank of Russia was attracted by Metcombank to participate in financial rehabilitation Ekonombank, the Bank for recovery of Bank “Soviet”. This is stated in the message of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which approved amendments to the participation plan of the Agency for Deposit insurance (DIA) in the implementation of measures on prevention of bankruptcy of credit organizations.
“In the framework of implementation of the participation plan to the Agency on March 9, entrusted with the temporary administration of JSC “Econombank”, the powers of the shareholders of the Bank related to participation in the authorized capital, including the right to convene the General meeting of shareholders and powers of management bodies suspended”, – stated in the message of the Central Bank.
The participation plan provides for the acquisition of shares Metkombank Ekonombank in a quantity sufficient to decide on all matters of business, says the regulator.
Details of the conditions of participation of Bank in the restructuring of the Bank “Soviet” is not specified.
