MOSCOW, March 9. In the preparation of the order of the Ministry of agriculture of the accompanying documents for milk and other products the Ministry gave a negative opinion about the regulatory impact assessment. This was reported in the Ministry.

Earlier, the national Union of milk producers (Soyuzmoloko) appealed to the Vice Prime Minister of Russia Arkady Dvorkovich, the head of the Russian presidential administration Sergei Ivanov and Deputy MAYOR of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichyov with a request to recall the order of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation N648, which requires manufacturers of packaged drinking milk to issue veterinary accompanying documents in paper form in respect of each batch of product produced from 1 March 2016, the industry fears that the document could lead to higher prices and even blocking the supply of products at retail.
In the list of controlled goods in the document included not only milk but also other products – cheeses, butter, sausages, fish.
In conclusion, the Ministry noted that the listing does not include exceptions and duplicates Single list of goods subject to veterinary control, approved by decision of Customs Union Commission dated 18 June 2010 N317 “About application veterinarno-sanitary measures in the Customs Union”.
The MAYOR also, in his opinion proposing to delete from the list milk, buttermilk, cheeses, butter, sausage and some other products.
The Ministry also informs that earlier the Ministry of agriculture was requested to submit the proposal to delete from the list of prepared (processed) food products.
