MOSCOW, March 12. The lawyer Hopes Savchenko mark Feigin announced his intention to initiate criminal prosecution of prankerami Alexis carpenter (nicknamed “Lexus”) and Vladimir Kuznetsov (known as “Vova”).
Lawyer accuses them of distributing letters on behalf of the President of Ukraine, which requested the defendant to stop his hunger-strike and to give confession.
“I begin criminal prosecution of “Lexus” and “existence” in different jurisdictions,” – said Feigin on his page on the microblogging network Twitter.

The position of prankerami
In turn, Alexey Stolyarov in radio station RSN has declared that he is not afraid to get lawsuits from Feigin.
“We know the practice of law Mr. Feigin, we believe that the court, if anything, he will continue the chain of my losses. Maybe he brings some moral satisfaction, and the trials to lose. It is time to withdraw the status of the lawyer, so it wouldn’t bother the public,” said Stolyarov.
Commenting on his intention, Feigin said the radio station “Moscow speaking” that complain about the prankerami to the Prosecutor General in the coming days.

Previously, Feygin reported that before receiving the letter he called the Consul General of Ukraine in Rostov-on-don Vitaly Moskalenko and reported that the administration of the President of Ukraine want to communicate with it. “I had no reason not to trust Moskalenko, who also became a victim of Prancer, so and talked with the man. He asked me to give Savchenko a letter from Poroshenko. He explained that he would send me an email so I gave him the Hope and the letter to the Consulate. Former Ukrainian pilot Nadezhda Savchenko is accused under three articles of the criminal code: “Murder”, “Attempted murder” and “Illegal border crossing”.

According to the prosecution, being in the location of a paramilitary battalion “Aydar” on June 17, 2014 near the village Metalist in Lugansk region, it was conducting secret surveillance and correction of shelling the checkpoint of the militia LNR with him were civilians, including three Russian journalists VGTRK.
