MOSCOW, March 13. The Chairman of a political party Parnas Mikhail Kasyanov stated that the FSB has reviewed his statement with a request to initiate a criminal case against the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov in connection with his Instagram video.

About this Kasyanov said on his page on the social network Facebook.
The head of Chechnya had previously published on his page in Instagram video with Kasyanov and Kara-Murza Jr. Superimposed on the video visual filter “sniper scope”. The post is provided with a recording: “Kasyanov arrived in Strasbourg for the money to Russian opposition. Whoever does not understand, he will understand”. Then the video was deleted by the social network “for violation of the rules”.
“Response of the Federal security service of the Russian Federation for the statement about Kadyrov is extremely simple: “the Specified record does not contain evidence of any illegal actions”, – said Kasyanov. However, he has not published a copy of the response of the FSB.
