SEVASTOPOL, March 12. Chairman of the legislative Assembly of Sevastopol Alexey Chaly itself will submit a draft resolution on his resignation, if it is not done none of the deputies.

“The decree does not want it. But if at the next meeting will not take, I will make it myself”, said Chaly in interview to the newspaper “Kommersant”.
He said that I will post, even if the deputies will ask him to stay. “Remain a member. Under current Executive authority, I do not see opportunities to realize what I signed”, – said Chaly.
Intention to resign in the post of Chairman of the legislative Assembly Chaliy announced on December 29, 2015. Its decision he explained the failure of the concept of development of the city. He also called the Governor of Sevastopol Sergey meniailo to follow his example.
January 28 at a meeting of the legislative Assembly was read his official statement of resignation on 1 January. February 11, Chaly appointed acting Chairman of the Deputy Catherine Altybaeva. He from this time is in holiday, the end date of which is not known. Roan continues to attend the meetings of the legislative Assembly as an ordinary Deputy, while his colleagues do not contribute to the agenda consideration of the application.
