MOSCOW, March 13. Over 10 billion roubles has been allocated in 2015 to support socially oriented nonprofit organizations (SONO) from the Federal budget, said in a statement posted on the website of the government of the Russian Federation.

“In 2015 to support SONO from the Federal budget it is allocated 10 071,4 billion rubles through subsidies”, – stated in the message.
In particular, public organizations of disabled persons, creative unions and other SONO implementing social support and protection of citizens, the activities in the field of culture, health, protection of population and territories from emergency situations of infrastructure development in the field of strengthening civil unity and harmonization of interethnic relations of $ 4 billion 128 million rubles; non-profit non-governmental organizations participating in development of institutes of civil society to 4 billion 228 million rubles.
In addition, the Fund supporting children in difficult life situations, allocated 855 million rubles on a competitive basis SONO to provide information, consulting, methodological and organizational support of the activities of other SONO received funds amounting to 239.4 million rubles on a competitive basis to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on the implementation of support programmes aimed SONO 621 million rubles.
In addition, the Federal service for drug control in 2015 for the first time on a competitive basis have received subsidies from the Federal budget eight SONO for the organization of activities in the field of integrated rehabilitation and resocialization of persons engaged in illegal use of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, in the amount of 10.2 million rubles.
