Moscow. March 14. The organization of countries-exporters of oil (OPEC) has improved the forecast of oil extraction in Russia in 2016 on the back of strong indicators of the first quarter, from monthly review of the cartel.
The new forecast assumes a decline in oil production in Russia for 20 thousand barrels per day (b/C) – 10,81 million. Earlier, the cartel forecast a decline of Russian oil production by 60 thousand b/d – up to 10,74 million b/d.
In January, due to the launch of NOVATEK Yarudeyskoye field oil production in Russia reached 11,07 million b/d, in February of 11.08 million b/d, led to the Outlook revision.
