MOSCOW, March 16. The dollar against the ruble on the Moscow stock exchange at the opening of trading on Wednesday has decreased in comparison with level of closing previous trading at 24 kopecks and amounted to 70.8 per ruble.
The MICEX index rose 0.3% to 1859,79 item.
