MOSCOW, 23 Mar. Deputies of the parliaments of Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics are trained in the committees and the Council of the Federation, said the Federation Council speaker Valentina Matvienko.
“At the meeting of the Federation Council are the deputies of the people’s Assembly of the DPR and LPR people’s Assembly, our guests are studying in the committees of the chamber, the apparatus and its structural units,” — said Matvienko at the meeting of the Federation Council on Wednesday.
It is expected that MPs from LPR and the DPR will study the legislative practices in Russia and the peculiarities of legislative work.
