The Turkish foreign Ministry summoned the German Ambassador Martin Erdmann in connection with the broadcast of the German television satirical movie about the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan. It is reported by German publication Spiegel, citing its sources.
It is about a two-minute satirical video made by TV channel NDR. The video frame, on which appears Erdogan, appeared in a satirical broadcast “Extra-3” on the TV channel ARD on March 17. The video is accompanied by a song called “Erdagi, Agogo, Erdogan”.
In the lyrics, in particular, ridiculed the desire of the President of Turkey to live in Grand style, as well as attacks on journalists in the country. “The journalist who wrote something, what’s not to like Erdogan, tomorrow is in jail” — sung in the song.
