Transportation of goods between Russia and Poland may be temporarily suspended after April 15, unless countries agree on quotas of permits for this year. About it “RIA Novosti” said Deputy transport Minister Nikolay Asaul.
“As for the quota of permits, number of permit forms for the current year, there is to reach agreement failed,” — said the Deputy head of the Ministry of transport. Asaul said that the discussion on this issue continues. “There is still a possibility that we will not reach a mutually acceptable solution, and transportation can be temporarily suspended”, — he stated.
Now shipping between States are governed by the agreement on the temporary exchange of permit, which is valid until April 15. It implies an equal amount of quotas: 20 thousand forms for the Polish side and 20 thousand — in Russian.
