The Foreign Ministry stressed that the AFP advised not to contact the Federal migration service of Russia. “If you figure out blocked citizen entry into the Russian Federation, as they recommended, should apply to the FMS of Russia. If their purpose was journalism, then AFP should submit relevant documents for registration in accordance with Russian legislation”, — noted in Department.
