In the Commission of the FAS transferred materials of check of the FAS that contain signs of illegal establishment of tariffs FGUP “Space communication”, according to the website of the Federal Antimonopoly service.
MOSCOW, 11 APR. The Commission of the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) the Russian Federation will check the validity of tariffs FGUP “Space communication” for the communication services for the transmission of television and radio programs, reported on the website of the service.
Inspection is arranged under the case on violation of the law on protection of competition.
“The Commission transferred materials of check of the FAS that contain signs of illegal establishment of tariffs FGUP “Space communication” in violation of the pricing procedure established by the current legislation regulating this sphere”, — said the service.
As stressed by the Deputy head of Department of control of aviation, space-rocket and nuclear industry of the FAS of Russia Anton Pastukhov, the issue of cost of communication services for the dissemination of nationwide TV and radio programs in analog and digital formats using the capacity of the spacecraft is facing the Commission in the first place.
Earlier in a press there was an information that in France on the case of Yukos arrested 700 million dollars of assets of the Russian space Agency and the state enterprise “Space communications”. Roscosmos refused to comment on published media information.
