The total amount of dividend payments by the end of 2015 could reach 6,47 billion.
MOSCOW, 18 Jul — RIA Novosti. The Board of Directors of Sistema recommended that the annual meeting of shareholders to approve dividends following the results of 2015 in the amount of 0,67 per one ordinary share (or 13.4 per one GDR), said in a statement.
The total amount of payments could reach 6,47 billion rubles — this is by 42.5% more than the dividend on 2014 results of 4.54 billion roubles (rouble 0.47 per share, or 9.4 per one GDR).
The annual meeting of shareholders of Sistema is scheduled for June 25, 2016, in order to get accepted by the shareholders registered in the register on 10 may 2016. Record date to receive dividends — July 14, 2016.
