Director of Uralkali has recommended not to pay dividends-2015


In the course of 2014, and according to its results, Uralkali dividends are not paid. In 2013, the manufacturer has paid 3.5 billion rubles for nine months.

MOSCOW, 21 APR. The Board of Directors of Uralkali, the largest potash producer in the world, has recommended not to pay dividends by the end of 2015, the company said on Thursday.

Financial Director of the company Anton Vishanenko at the end of November last year, said that the management did not recommend the payment of dividends by the end of 2015, as the company plans to accumulate retained earnings. According to him, it was the decision of the Board of Directors.

“To recommend the annual General shareholders meeting of PJSC “Uralkali” to approve the distribution of profit of PJSC “Uralkali” for the year 2015 as follows: dividends on issued ordinary registered shares of PJSC Uralkali for 2015 not to pay,” — said in a statement.

In the course of 2014, and according to its results, Uralkali dividends are not paid. In 2013, the manufacturer has paid 3.5 billion rubles in the first nine months, however, the final payment at year-end was canceled.

Production assets Uralkali include five mines and seven ore-treatment mills situated in the towns of Berezniki and Solikamsk (Perm region) on the territory of the Verkhnekamsk potassium-magnesium salts. The main shareholders are the group “ONEXIM” Mikhail Prokhorov, who owns a 20% stake in Uralkali and URALCHEM Dmitry Mazepin (19.99% stake).
