The Federal security service (FSB) have detained in Moscow, a group of citizens of Central Asian countries”, planned in the Moscow region the attacks during the may holidays. According to the FSB, the detainees were acting on the orders of the leaders of the “international terrorist organizations operating in Syria and Turkey.” Detainees give a confession, it is told in the message of the FSB.
“The Federal security service of the Russian Federation as a result of complex operational search actions in the city of Moscow detained a group of citizens of Central Asian countries, planned to carry out a series of terrorist attacks in the Moscow region in the period of may holidays on the instructions of leaders of international terrorist organizations operating in Syria and Turkey”, — stated in the message (quoted by RIA news).
Detainees had seized weapons, explosives and other “tools of terrorism”. Criminal case is brought.
