The candidate, a Muslim, won the election for mayor of London


Sadiq Khan, the candidate of the labour party, became mayor of London, informs Bi-bi-si. He scored 56.8% of the votes, his rival from the Conservative party, Zac goldsmith, son of billionaire James goldsmith, is 43.2 per cent.
