Authorities have identified the most dangerous production


Their health is often at risk of miners of coal and lignite. For these occupations account for more than 40 and 35 more insurance claims per 1,000 workers. This is stated in the list of the social insurance Fund (FSS) about the potential for injury 1664 economic activities. A departmental draft of the act was published last week on the portal regulation.gov.ru.

The list will allow employers to claim the discount in payment of contributions for compulsory insurance of employees against accidents and occupational diseases. Also, it can be a reason to assign bonuses to the insurance tariff in 2017.

The list with information about traumatic FSS is composed by results of work of enterprises for the previous three years, follows from the rules of setting up discounts and surcharges to insurance rates, which the government approved in 2012.

The Prosecutor’s office are more dangerous than planes

FSS, in particular, represents the average number of injuries per 1,000 employees in a particular sphere of activity. The first 11 places in the ranking of the most hazardous industries (see table) is expected extractive industries: the biggest risk to the health of miners of coal and lignite (more than 40 and more than 35 insurance cases, respectively, per 1,000 employees) and those who produced aluminium-containing raw materials and non-ferrous metal ores (31 and 13 more insurance claims per 1,000 employees).

But among the most dangerous and was working in the Prosecutor’s office — insurance of 6.94 per 1,000 employees (it is the 25th of 1664 places in the ranking). Unsafe work at the constitutional court — 2,6 insurance claims. While the envoys of the President (1,7 insurance claims per 1,000 employees) more dangerous prison management (1,5 insured events) and work in the security services (1,03 insurance cases).

The production of bicycles is almost as dangerous as the production of nuclear materials, to the materials FSS (a little more than 2 insurance claims per 1,000 employees). And to make cheese (1,99 insurance cases) more dangerous than beer (1,98). The spacecraft according to the degree of injury is comparable to the production of dairy products — insurance of 1.74 cases per 1000 workers.

If at a particular company the rate of injuries and occupational diseases is lower than in the list of the FSS, the employer may qualify for a discount, if above, FSS will assign a premium to the insurance rate, it follows from the rules of calculation of discounts and allowances to insurance rates. In the second ten according to the severity of possible injury — cartographers (220 sick days), as well as those who grow mushrooms (219 hospital days for each insured event). From this point of view, these works are “more dangerous” extractive professions, the most dangerous of which, extraction of ores of nonferrous metals, was first mentioned only in the third ten rating (198 days sick leave per insured event).
