“Naftogaz of Ukraine” does not accept the gas contract with “Gazprom” at gas metering stations (GIS) “Prokhorovka” and “Platovo”. Data on supply of gas through these stations may not be used in the preparation of acts of delivery-acceptance of natural gas, and, accordingly, the volume of gas not subject to the payment of “Naftogaz”, — stated in the message of the Ukrainian company.
In “Naftogaz” stressed that the company buys gas from “Gazprom” from November 2015, but until it purchased its gas only through the GIS located in the territory controlled by Ukraine. In the Ukrainian company emphasized the fact that all purchased recently at “Gazprom” the gas was paid for, and the decision on the disputed points should bear the arbitration.
