The average monthly accrued wages of employees of the presidential administration of Russia in I quarter of 2016 made 201,6 thousand rubles, follows from published on Tuesday Rosstat statistics. This is the highest salary among Federal civil servants during the reporting period. Compared to the same period a year earlier, the salary of staff of the presidential administration decreased by 13.9%.
In the second place, as follows from the data of Rosstat, there are employees of the government apparatus. Their average monthly salary in I quarter of current year has made 152,2 thousand rubles, down for the year by 11.7%.
The top three among the most highly paid Federal civil servants are occupied by employees of the accounting chamber. Their average monthly salaries in the first quarter of 2016 is 139.7 thousand roubles (a minus of 10.2% compared to the first quarter of 2015).
From the data it follows that the most strongly in annual terms fell the wages of employees of the Federal Agency for youth Affairs — minus 48,3%. The average monthly salary of employees of this Department amounted in the first quarter of this year, just over 35 thousand.
At the same time, the hardest salary increased for employees of the Ministry of Finance. Their average monthly salary increased in the first quarter of 2016 compared to the same period in 2015 at 108,3 percent, reaching a little over 88 thousand
In General, average monthly salaries of the Federal employee in Russia amounted to 79.9 thousand rubles. (plus 3.7 percent in the first quarter of 2015), follows from the data of Rosstat.
According to previously published Rosstat statistics on salaries of civil servants in 2015, the highest salary among Federal civil servants in the past year was the staff of government — nearly 232 thousand RUB behind them followed the staff of the presidential administration and the chamber.
