The placement of missile defence (ABM) in Romania reflected negatively on the issues of cooperation between Russia and Europe, said Vladimir Putin, speaking at a press-conference on results of his visit to Greece. According to him, the allegations that these facilities pose no threat to Russia, does not correspond to reality.
“As we are not threatening [ABOUT Romania]? Of course it threatens us,” — said Putin.
According to the President, Russia will be “forced to respond”. However, Putin stressed that Russia will be nothing dealt, while “you will not see rockets in the neighboring territories”.
