Moscow. May 27. Russia plans to introduce a national cryptocurrency. As writes on Friday “Kommersant” with reference to the Federal financial monitoring service, it is understood that the turnover of all other cryptocurrency partner of Russia can be declared illegal.
The idea of introducing crypto-currencies is discussed with representatives of the banks at meetings in the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank. Unlike bitcoin, the cryptocurrency, not the planned is generated in the processing power — it is supposed to do equity. Issuers, who will have the rights and obligations likely will have to obtain a license. Exchanging real currency for cash is planned on a special electronic trading platforms, where will minimize the anonymity of the transacting parties.
