The final version of the “strategy of development of a network of high-speed roads of Russia until 2030 envisages that by 2030 Russia will be operated 20 thousand km of motorways and expressways, writes “Kommersant”, which managed to read the document. The first stage of the strategy includes the completion of the already started roads (route M11, ring road) and beginning construction of a new (alternate M7 Moscow — Kazan).
