Group Stroytransgaz (STG) acquired 50% of CJSC “Stroytransgaz” (formerly “Argus pipeline”) from its founder Michael ray in 2013. Gennady Timchenko’s STG group owns 63%, Gazprombank — 19,99%, Michael Canino 5.7% and Maxim Vorobyov — 11,3%. Later a share in “Stroytransgaz” was transferred directly to the shareholders of STG. Thus, the Fund Timchenko Volga Group received 31.5% of the company Gazprombank — 10%.
Customers of Stroytransgaz are the leading Russian oil and gas companies, including Gazprom, Transneft, SIBUR holding”, “LUKOIL”, “Rosneft” and “NOVATEK”.
The company is one of the largest contractors of “Gazprom” together with the “Stroygazmontazh” Arkady Rotenberg and “Stroygazconsulting” (50% to Gazprombank and Fund UCP).
