As explained by the lawyer, Polonsky, Aleksey Tsaplin, now his client and two other defendants charged with committing fraud in especially large size. But the judge found in their actions of signs of an organized group.

The case of Polonsky on charges of fraud were brought to court in July. Polonsky was detained in Cambodia in 2015 and extradited to Russia. He is now in a Moscow prison “Matrosskaya Tishina”.
