MOE will no longer carry out unscheduled inspections of small and medium business


Moscow. August 10. The head EMERCOM of Russia Vladimir Puchkov prohibited conduct unscheduled inspections of small and medium business as it creates excessive pressure on enterprises.

“Unscheduled inspections of small and medium business it is necessary to cancel, leaving only those tests that take place with the participation of representatives of Prosecutor’s office and “Support of Russia”, – Puchkov said on Wednesday during a meeting of the Board EMERCOM of Russia.

He stressed that the MOE will continue the optimization of the Supervisory authorities to reduce the administrative burden on the business sector, especially small and medium businesses, implementing a risk-based approach.

“Supervisory measures should be implemented taking into account all the risks involved. The next step is to look for such oversight activities that will provide not only fire, but also integrated security”, – said the Minister.
