Arrests of senior members of the Investigative Committee of Russia has coincided with major reform in the Department, which is held on the initiative of the head of the RCDS Alexander Bastrykin, said on Tuesday the “Kommersant” with reference to informed sources.
According to interlocutors of publication, the internal reform of the TFR was completed on August 10. According to her, the number of structural units was reduced in rank. So, the General Directorate of security Affairs (GOOD) TFR was converted to a regular control. Included in the composition of GOOD or control were transferred to the direct subordination of the head of the TFR, or received the status of departments.
In particular, in direct subordination Bastrykin became the head of the capital construction, which was previously headed by Alexey Skachkov. A few months ago, he was arrested at the request of the Committee on charges of large-scale fraud (part 4 of article 159 of the criminal code), when concluding contracts for the supply of air conditioners for rooms TFR.
A separate direct reporting units were determined, the Department of public procurement control, and financial and economic management became a Department.
