The head of the state Duma Jahan Pollyeva will leave his post, sources told the newspaper “Vedomosti”. “Jahan’s Redzhepovna Packed up,” confirmed the two source in the state Duma. While in the waiting room polyevoi “Vedomosti” recommended to address in a press-service of the Duma, and the press Secretary of the Chairman of the Duma were not available to journalists.
The publication notes that Pollyeva almost 15 years worked in the presidential administration and de facto she was a speechwriter for presidents Boris Yeltsin, Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev, and formally senior researcher, Deputy head of administration and assistant to the President. In the state Duma Pollyeva was taken over in January 2012, after the former head of the presidential administration Sergei Naryshkin, who became Chairman of the chamber. The sources noted that the most likely reason for the resignation of polyevoi is a possible change in the leadership of the state Duma of the new convocation. “The first option — head changes jobs and she goes,” explained the Federal official.
