The investigative Committee opened a criminal case against the Minister of defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak and chief of General staff of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko and other senior officials. About it reported in a press-service of the TFR.
The Ministry said that they are charged with violating article about the use of prohibited methods of warfare.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s office opened a criminal case against the Minister of defence of Russia Sergey Shoigu and another 17 high-ranking Russian officials.
