Deputy Prime Ministers Arkady Dvorkovich, Dmitry Rogozin and Alexander Khloponin instructed the Ministry of transport, the Ministry of agriculture, Ministry of communications, Ministry of energy, Ministry of economic development and Federal property management Agency to obtain from state-owned companies carry out long-term development programs (DWP). This is stated in the text of the instructions which read “Vedomosti”. The contents of the instructions edition confirmed three Federal officials.
From the text of the instructions follows, that before October 1, the Ministry needs to analyse why is not controlled by the implementation of the DPR and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as to evaluate the performance of top management of state companies.
