Reporters asked press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov to comment on a statement by the Minister of foreign Affairs of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier on the possible return of Russia in the “Big eight” (G8) only after progress in the Donbass and Syria.
“On Ukrainian Affairs progress is not felt, it is still possible to Express only regret the lack of progress on the part of Kiev to implement the Minsk agreements,” Peskov said.
