In relation to the head of the MIA of Ukraine Arsen Avakov opened a criminal case. About this on air of the program “the Left coast” on channel 24 said the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko, reports 112.ua. The basis for the institution of proceedings was the appeal of the head of the Center of counteraction of corruption Vitaly Shabunin.
“On the day I receive letters from several dozen people, including from Mr. Shabunin, according to the letter which similarly opened a criminal case, you will not believe who, the Minister of internal Affairs Avakov, because all the same. All addresses in the GPU have the same procedural status”, — Lutsenko told.
Earlier it was reported that a criminal case was opened against the anti-corruption action Center, the Pechersk district court of Kyiv allowed the Prosecutor General to carry out the seizure of documents CTC. The case was instituted on the fact of investigation of the American grant for the reform of the GPU, said 112.ua.
Later, the attorney General Lutsenko promised that the case against the CPC is closed, said in response, stated that he would like not only to hear it from Lutsenko, but also to see the relevant document. He also added that, in his opinion, should be punished prosecutors, who have opened proceedings against CTC.
As noted Swoboda previously Shabunin said that the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov reported on conflict of interest in the investigation concerning the people’s Deputy Igor Kolvitskoje, which leads to the interior Ministry.
