After counting 100% of protocols, the acting Governor of the Tula region took the first place. He enlisted the support 84,17% of the voters. Second place went to Oleg Lebedev of the Communist party (7,53%), the third — Oleg Veselov from the party “Communists of Russia” (3,41%), fourth — Nicholas Ogoltsov from “the Russian party of pensioners for justice” (2,92%), reports the Central election Commission of the Tula region.
As a result, the Dyumin, which went on elections as the independent candidate, scored much more than “United Russia”, when voting in the state Duma on the Federal list (about 54%), and the candidate from the Communist party gained less than his party (the Communist party in the Tula region, about 14%).
Voter turnout in total was 45.5%.
Prior to the appointment of acting Governor from December 24 to February 2 Dyumin worked as a Deputy defense Minister. Prior to this he held the position of first Deputy commander of the Land forces. And earlier Dyumin was mentioned in the media as an employee of the security service of the President.
