The Netherlands has demanded that Russia explain the criticism of the investigation on MH17

The Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Netherlands on 30 September expressed to the Russian Ambassador in the Hague diplomatic rebuke after Moscow criticized the results of the investigation of an international group of investigators into the collapse of the Boeing MH17 in the Donbas region, reports Reuters with reference to the statement of the Dutch foreign Ministry.

The Minister of foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Bert Koenders said that the Russian reaction to the findings of the investigation “calls into question the integrity, professionalism and independence of the investigators. “To understand the Russian Ambassador was informed that such unwarranted criticism is unacceptable,” — said in the Ministry.

Press Secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the message about the call of the Russian Ambassador to the foreign Ministry of the Netherlands, called it “a very good, positive news”

“The head of our diplomatic mission in the Netherlands will provide all the views on our position,” — said Peskov. “Dialogue is always good,” — said the press Secretary of the Russian President.

On September 28 the investigators of the International investigation team (JIT) presented the second report on the causes of the crash Boeing in the Donbass, on 17 July 2014. The main conclusion of the investigation is that “Buk”, from which knocked the plane was delivered from Russia, and after the launch returned to Russian territory. According to them, the launch of a rocket from the “Buka” was implemented in the village of Pervomayskaya, which was controlled by the self-proclaimed militia Donetsk national Republic (DND).
