Poland exhumed the remains of Lech Kaczynski

Twin brother of the deceased President Jaroslaw Kaczynski agreed to exhume the body of his brother. He declared it in interview to the Internet portal Onet.

“I agree with the decision of exhumation. In the case of my brother we are already talking about dates,” said Kaczynski. He noted that this procedure will be one of the first exhumations of victims of the Smolensk plane crash.

Also Jaroslaw Kaczynski said that the investigation into the crash, conducted by the previous government, was a “scandal” and “a lot of people have to sit on the bench of the accused”.

On 10 April 2010 near Smolensk crashed plane Tu-154, on Board of which was the Polish President Lech Kaczynski and his wife, as well as representatives of the military high command and senior officials. In the crash killed 96 people.

According to the International aviation Committee, the culprits were the pilots who refused to go to the alternate. Experts of the Poppy have decided that the crew acted under the pressure of Polish officials, in particular air force commander of Poland Andrzej Blasik.

Earlier, on 15 September, the new Commission on investigation of the crash found the fact that 8 seconds of recordings from “black boxes” of the liner was erased. The sub-Commission was able to find the original and to perform recording. During the study it became known that these fragments were the fault signals of the first engine and generator, and two altimeters.

As stated by the Minister of defence of Poland Anthony Macierewicz, informed the authorities “hid key documents”, which include data about the last stages of the flight Tu-154, and “misinformed society.” With analysis by leading experts, it became known about numerous facts of falsification of data in the report about the crash of the presidential plane near Smolensk in 2010.
